Nintendo has recently released a new Nintendo Switch customer service video on how to prepare your Switch for Trade-In and Sale. Many sent me the video to discuss what this could mean for a possible new Nintendo Switch to be revealed soon in 2019, since this isn't normal for a hardware manufacturer to be mentioning things a retailer would normally to promote trade-in for money towards a new console.
